REFUND POLICY

You may refund or exchange a product that you have purchased from Equibug Boutique if it is within 30 days of the purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us for a return address. Please ensure your order number is included within your returned package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning goods you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund / exchange are un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on, no animal hair and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached.

If you receive an item which you believe is faulty, please email us a photo of the product, and if requested send the product back to us for inspection. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please ensure you take photos of the packaging it arrived in as well as the item. We are unable to refund damaged items without these photos as we cannot claim from our postal services without them.
